🧾 Split the Bill with UPI Payment Links

What does this tool do?

You paid the restaurant bill and now everyone owes you money? Enter the total, add your friends' names and your UPI ID. This tool calculates everyone's share and creates a tap-to-pay UPI link and QR code for each person — with the exact amount already filled in. No more "kitna bhejna hai?" questions.

Who is it for?

Friends splitting dinner, roommates splitting rent and groceries, office teams splitting lunch, trip groups splitting hotel bills.

How to use it

1. Enter the total bill (and tip % if any).
2. Add each person's name. Keep "Split equally" on, or type custom amounts.
3. Enter your UPI ID (like name@okhdfcbank) and your name.
4. Tap Split & Generate Links. Share each person's link on WhatsApp, or let them scan the QR.

Example use cases

• Dinner with 4 friends: ₹2,380 bill + 10% tip → everyone gets a link for exactly ₹654.50 (rounding handled to the paisa).
• Flat rent: Split ₹36,000 with custom shares — ₹15,000 / ₹12,000 / ₹9,000.
• Office pizza day: Send links in the group chat, collect in minutes.

Good to know

• The payment links open any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM — on the payer's phone. They work best on mobile.
• QR codes are generated inside your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. This tool has no server and stores nothing.
• This tool does not move money itself — it only creates standard UPI payment requests.
