Find meeting times that hurt the least โ across IST, US, UK, Gulf & more
What does this tool do?
Scheduling a call between India and the US (or UK, Dubai, Singapore...) is painful โ someone always ends up on a midnight call. This tool shows a simple colour chart of all 24 hours across every time zone you pick, and gives each hour a "pain score". Low pain = everyone is comfortable. It then highlights the 3 best time slots for you.
Who is it for?
Remote workers, freelancers with US/UK clients, offshore teams, sales people booking demos, families spread across countries.
How to use it
Open the Planner tab. Pick a date.
Add the time zones of everyone in the meeting (IST and US Eastern are pre-added).
Look at the chart: green = office hours (9 AMโ6 PM), yellow = okay-ish (early morning / evening), red = sleeping hours.
The 3 columns with a purple border are the best slots. Tap any column to see the exact local time everywhere and copy a ready invite line to paste in email or WhatsApp.
Example use cases
Freelancer in India + client in New York: find the slot where you're not up at 2 AM.
Team across India, London and Dubai: pick a daily stand-up time fair to all three.
Daylight saving confusion: the tool uses your browser's official time zone database, so US/UK clock changes are handled automatically.
