📊 Household Cash Flow Forecaster

See exactly what your bank balance will look like every week for the next 12 months — and catch the months you'll run short before they happen.

💡 What does this tool do?

Most budgeting apps show you what you already spent. This one shows you what your bank balance will look like every week for the next 12 months — based on the income, EMIs, SIPs, subscriptions, and one-off big-ticket expenses you know are coming.

Think of it as a cash flow forecast for your household — the same tool a CFO builds for a business, but for your family.

👤 Who is this for?

  • Salaried Especially if you have EMIs + SIPs + lumpy annual outflows (insurance, school fees, taxes)
  • Freelance / Business If your income varies month to month and you need a runway view
  • Homemakers Planning the household kitty around known family events
  • Retirees Living off FD interest + pension, want to see how long the corpus lasts
  • Anyone saving for a goal or wondering "will I have enough by December for X?"

📝 How to use it (5 simple steps)

  1. Open the 🧮 Forecaster tab.
  2. Enter today's cash — combined balance across all your bank accounts. This is where your forecast starts from.
  3. Add money coming in — salary, spouse's salary, rent received, freelance work, dividend, FD interest. Pick how often (monthly / quarterly / annually) and when.
  4. Add money going out — rent/EMI, SIPs, insurance premiums, subscriptions, school fees, credit card, household expenses.
  5. Add one-off big items — car insurance in Feb, school annual fee in April, advance tax in September, Diwali expenses in November, planned wedding gift, etc. This is where most people's cash gets pinched — and where this tool earns its keep.

Your forecast — with a live chart, red-zone warnings, and month-by-month table — appears at the bottom. Play with the sensitivity sliders to see "what if I get a 10% raise?" or "what if I add a ₹25K EMI?"
