1. What NiveshKavach IS

NiveshKavach is an information aggregation and pattern-detection service. It reads publicly available regulatory data from SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCA, and RBI and presents it in a searchable, plain-language format.

Every "verdict" (GREEN / YELLOW / RED) shown on this site is a factual summary of public regulatory signals — for example, "this stock is on the BSE ASM Long List, Stage IV" or "this Telegram tip uses guaranteed-return language flagged by SEBI as a common fraud marker."

The verdicts on this site describe risk signals in public data, not investment merit. A GREEN verdict means "we found no red flags in the public registers," not "this is a good investment." A RED verdict means "public regulators have flagged this," not "you will lose money."

3. No Advisory Relationship

Using this site does not create any adviser-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Automate Your Finance or its operator.

If you need personalised investment advice, please consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. You can verify any RIA's registration at sebi.gov.in/intermediaries.html.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

We aggregate data from SEBI (RIA/RA registers, enforcement orders, debarred entities), NSE / BSE (ASM/GSM lists, F&O ban, corporate announcements), MCA (director disqualifications), RBI Sachet, and publicly reported index constituent lists.

We refresh this data on a scheduled basis but cannot guarantee it is real-time or free from source-side errors. Always verify against the original regulator website before acting.

5. No Guarantees, No Liability

The service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate Your Finance and its operator disclaim all liability for any decision you make based on this site, any profit or loss from securities transactions, errors or delays in aggregated data, and third-party actions.

6. Securities Market Risk Warning

Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Registration granted by SEBI, membership of BASL (in case of IAs), and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

7. Prohibition on Misuse

You may not use NiveshKavach to harass or defame any listed advisor / company, to make investment decisions on behalf of others as an unregistered intermediary, or to scrape / resell our aggregated data at scale.

8. User Content (Tip Analyzer)

If you paste a Telegram / WhatsApp tip into our Tip Analyzer, we process the text to detect fraud patterns. We do not store the original text long-term; we log only the extracted patterns and a truncated hash for abuse prevention.

Do not paste personal identifiers, PANs, mobile numbers, or account details. Redact before submitting.

9. Privacy

We collect minimal data: query text (retained ≤ 90 days), an IP hash (SHA-256, not raw IP), and a session cookie. We do not sell your queries, do not run advertising trackers. Payments (if you upgrade) are processed by Razorpay / Cashfree with their own privacy policies.

Email contact@automateyourfinance.cloud to request deletion of your query history.

10. Jurisdiction

This service is offered from India. Disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update this disclaimer as regulations evolve. The "Effective" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
